OFFICE PERSONNEL

Part-time office employee to provide all phases of clerical, light accounting, and other duties as assigned.  Duties would Include:

Account payables and receivables using Quickbooks

Preparation of payroll and timesheets for outsourced payroll service

Project cost accounting

General payroll

Assisting with finacial statement preparation and audits

Monitoring insurance requirements and subcontractor compliance

Safety documentation and insurance compliance

Preparation of project bidding documents and requirements.

Assisting project estimating subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation

General office duties.

Compensation is dependent on experience.  Health insurance for individual and children provided.  Spousal insurance paid by employee.  Simple plan retirement available.  Kelley is an equal opportunity employer.
